Cons: - No work-life balance, working until late hours on-site without public transportation home.
- Poor public transportation to the site.
- Lacks the structure of a strong company; no facilities for employee welfare (it is an acquired startup).
- Lacking methodology and quality in the validation process; everything is rushed for release.
- No car leasing.
- No Cibus.
