Pros: You'll be the envy of most new graduates.
You'll get to work with the latest and greatest GPUs.
You'll be exposed to bleeding-edge hardware.
Cons: You aren't allowed to chat on message boards at all, which is very frustrating to those of us who used to do this constantly and must now disappear from our peers during our employment.

Pros: Good compensation. It used to be great technical talent. It's a great place for a fresh college grad.
Cons: Management is rotting to the point of not recognizing their best talent is leaving for greener pastures (pun intended). Promotions are slower than you think.
