A 1.5-month-long process.

Three phone screens (30-45 minutes each):

• Phone interview 1 with the manager: Resume review, understanding interests, and abstract technical discussions about academic projects.
• Phone interview 2 (Technical): Three programming questions.
• Phone interview 3 (Technical): Two programming questions, plus questions based on the resume.

One onsite (six interviews, 40-45 minutes each):

• Here, expect to be grilled with programming, design, and conceptual questions.

To receive an offer, proficiency in the following areas is required:

• Data structures
• Algorithms
• Operating system concepts
• Computer architecture

Difficulty level: Moderate to hard.
