Think hard before joining
Pay is OK, compared to other companies. Raises are pretty good, better than previous companies I've been in.
Long hours. Weekend and long nights are pretty much expected.
New cubicles discourage privacy; privacy does not exist.
Don't expect people to come in on weekends and stay for long nights. It works now, but soon there won't be any old knowledge left because everyone will leave.
