Interesting and challenging project. Lots of independence for custom features and design.
The remote setting made it very hard to communicate at times.
1:1s were limited to once a week, and it was impossible to get that 'team bonding' experience.
Technically, it was perfect. If the remote situation continues, try for personal 1:1s or 'virtual lunches' to connect with interns.
