NVIDIA has the best culture I have seen in my 20+ years of work experience. There is a lot of empowerment, autonomy, and potential for growth.
There is quite a bit of flexibility in picking what work you do, sometimes even crossing organizational boundaries (which is very uncommon in other companies).
The people are very friendly and are genuinely interested in helping you, rather than competing with you. The CEO actively nurtures an agile and cooperative environment.
