Working at Nvidia is good. People have freedom, whether it's work or other aspects, and each person is an individual contributor. The work culture is good, which is the best reason for my > 5 years' stay in this company.
You have to be vocal about the work you do. Pay is dependent upon the technology you work on and not the experience that you have.
Management has to think before giving a position to someone. They should not give anyone a leadership position just because a person is boasting about a lot of things.
I think management guys are so intelligent that they should get the person who is just talking and not doing work.
