Contractors are treated like slaves here.
Very strict rules and regulations for those who are working on a contractual basis.
Contractors can't talk to anyone in a different department.
No growth for contractors at all.
Almost negligible hikes, pathetic policies, no freedom for work, nothing as a plus point for a contractual employee.
Treat each and every employee as a part of your organization, even if they're on a contractual basis.
