Very personal and intimate climate, feels like family. Our CEO is very personable and makes me feel I'm working for a real person, rather than some soulless corp 'soldier'.
Pay is less than I've made with a former comparable employer, but not by much. Other conditions make up for it.
Consider adding cash bonuses in addition to stock, and bumping up all salaries to compete better with companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google for the best talent.
