I had my first technical interview. Everything went well, but after two days, I received a rejection email. There is a rumor that in the Armenian branch, they are motivated to hire Russians more.

One phone screening and one day-long onsite interview. For the phone interview, it consisted of simple programming and machine learning questions. For the onsite, there were around 6 interviews, each 30 minutes long.

60 minute technical interview as the first stage instead of a regular screening. Very effective, interviewer was quite professional. Would totally recommend applying, had it as my first big-tech interview
