Pros: NVIDIA will challenge you as an engineer. There is lots to learn. There is a variety of different projects which grow engineering breadth. The team culture can be very org-dependent.
Cons: Sometimes, the long-term direction is not clear or changes very fast. The pro of this is that engineers can have a meaningful say in direction or architecture.
