Worst Management
- No career betterment opportunities.
- No technical growth for QAs here.
- Managers and Directors play politics and fight with junior employees.
- No transparency.
- Favoritism.
- Salary growth in appraisals is very bad. You don't get any reason why your salary did not grow, even if you did the best job you could.
- Unnecessary politics.
Change some managers and directors in QA. The company is brilliant, but the senior management is squeezing the life out of junior employees due to power.
