- One needs to spend a lot of time juggling with multiple matrix teams. As such, there are so many folks working on the same product, so there is no getting around this. However, everyone is very helpful. Just speak up and ask for help :)
- Bring some processes around to keep the work on track, aligned with goals/teams.
- Try to improve internal employee how-to-get XYZ things done more seamlessly; the intranet is very fragmented.
