The people: Everyone here is smart, open to feedback, and willing to help. If you aren't willing to reach out and communicate, NVIDIA won't be a good match for you.
Infrastructure could use some work. Code reviews, testing, and submissions all take much longer than they should.
For interns, make it clear that there is no guarantee of a full-time offer, even if you are a stellar candidate. Be more open to temporary workers about their future with the company.
