Work is good, there aren't that many management hassles. As an individual contributor, you get to work on the latest technology and learn a lot.
Career growth for employees is very slow, and good work is not noticed or rewarded as much. The performance bonus is ridiculous and downright insulting, especially when they say you are a top contributor on the team.
Focus on employee's career growth and improve the bonus compensation; don't be cheap.
