You can find information if you ask the right people inside the company. Finding that person can be tough, though. Nevertheless, senior management is surprisingly approachable and will help or point you in the right direction.
General lack of long-term plans.
Everyone is only concerned with not going out of business in 30 days.
The software is like a house of cards. As long as it's not falling down now, nothing else matters.
The overly positive outlook of marketing invades the mindset of people internally.
Very disorganized communication.
Work on getting repeat customers.
