Learning experience, some good engineers.
Lower to average pay and benefits. All work, no play. Expect to work on weekends and late nights. If this is your thing, then this is the perfect place for you, if pay is not an issue. The CEO calls all the shots, and everyone follows. There is little to no chance of moving up.
In summary, this is a good place for a college grad to get experience, then leave in a year or two.
Not much to say except all the talented people leave after a year or two.
