WLB is pretty good. Work culture is unmatched. Employee first policy runs in their core principles. Great compensation, almost comparable to FAANG (without stock appreciation). Hands-on experience on very futuristic projects.
The number of team-building events is less. I'm not sure if it's because of COVID, but I did not notice any mention of quarterly/semi-annual team events so far.
