The people here are smart.
The days are very long.
It was a tech screening, and I was asked to build a UI using Jetpack Compose. No network dependencies were needed. Compose was preferred, but I could use Views. I think they were looking for a pixel-perfect screen.
Pretty standard stuff. One of their in-house recruiters reached out asking about a role. I didn't get past the first code screen, which consisted of two interviewers: one for coding and the other for system design.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. Applied online, advanced to a recruiter phone screen where I was asked technical questions. Unfortunately, I did not pass this stage and did not move forward in the interview process.
