The interview started with a recruiter phone call. About a week later, I had a technical phone screen, and I felt like the interview was more collaborative than most tech screens, which was nice. I went in for an onsite interview about 2 weeks later. There were 4 or 5 interviews, and it was super collaborative. I felt like there was a lot more interest in how well you could communicate than other prior onsites I've had. All the interviewers were friendly, and it didn't feel like there were any trick questions. Overall, a great interview experience.
