Behavioral phone screen with recruiter, followed by a 3-question HackerRank. Onsite interview if HackerRank performance is good.
Onsite consists of:
- HackerRank review, where you'll go over hidden test cases you missed.
- Design interview, where you'll be expected to answer a technical question and talk about system design to implement it.
- Behavioral interview, which was really just questions about your resume, but I had a feeling the interviewer was paying attention to how I answered and communicated.
- Chat with CEO or CTO, to ask questions about the company.
