Process
The process started with a 2-hour HackerRank test, which was unlike typical algorithm questions and was quite enjoyable to complete.
I then had a 30-minute behavioral phone screen, during which I was asked about my background and my interests in trading.
Next, I attended an on-site interview in Chicago, which consisted of two technical interviews and a review of my HackerRank test.
I received my final decision the next business day.
