They are all pretty challenging. I remember the games were testing speed of numerical calculations and also some puzzle-solving abilities.

Pros: Many talented colleagues.
Great compensation (salary, bonus, massages, good coffee, decent food 3 times a day).
Cons: Claims ‘people are key,’ however:
* Compensation is often used as an excuse to be treated badly.
* More than once, you are reminded that tech doesn’t earn the money. What trading wants, trading gets.
More so, there’s a lot of focus towards public appearance, while internally there are only eyes on how to make more money.
