The behavioral interview was very standard, and the HR rep was eager to answer any questions.
The technical interview question was challenging, but it is very doable with a good understanding of C++ and a bit of practice.

Pros: Coworkers are approachable and knowledgeable. Optiver does not require 80+ hrs/week of work for devs like some HFTs do.
Cons: For me, I did not want to work in HFT.
