I've been through 5 rounds with a 1-2 week gap between rounds - approx 1.5 months in total.
- Round 1: HR call to understand motivation. A brief explanation on why switching previous jobs.
- Round 2: Hiring manager interview. A mix of behavioural and high-level technical questions. Spark/Delta format.
- Round 3: Online Coding Challenge - 2 challenges. Sliding Windows + Backtracking.
- Round 4: Live interview - 1 challenge: advanced DFS (optimal route).
- Round 5: Solution Design - trading system design + event streaming. Failed due to no experience with trading system.
- Round 6: Final round.

Autonomy, But Job Security Concerns

Pros: Interesting problems, you get opportunities that are hard to get in other companies if you take the initiative for them. Juniors are given a lot of autonomy over their work.
Cons: cutting costs lately. There's a decent risk of getting fired if you're not meeting the increasingly high bar.
