Process
The interviewers were quite unfriendly and didn't provide good feedback during the process. My interviewer didn't like that I prepared for the interview. Instead of being rewarded for my preparation, it felt as though they thought it made me a worse candidate.
He also spoke very fast during the online interview, which made him difficult to understand. I am surprised that he wasn't aware of this.
I also believe there is a lot of bias, as they seemed to want to select someone similar to themselves.
Questions
There's system design, but they don't like you if you prepare.
