Pros: Good for starters, you don't need a financial market background to be employed. The company provides necessary training and a good bonus for a good job.
Cons: Technical debt slows down the innovation cycle. You need to be very creative to arrange some time for innovation. This is due to a lack of system architects and quality assurance.
