Free and nice food. Good working environment.
Much less exposure. Optiver is not a tech-heavy firm.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. Zap-N two separate games, Hackerrank was really difficult, one question LLD/OOD styled, no algorithmic tricks, but a lot of requirements to figure out in 90 minutes. Behavioral is very structured and fast
I applied online. It was an assessment which was just too long to understand what you need to do, but the problem by itself was not hard, though time for understanding the question and doing it was quite short.
Three-part online assessment: * Part 1: Number Logic, 25 minutes to complete a numerical reasoning test (basically just complete number sequences). * Part 2: Zap-N, a set of short minigames. * Part 3: Beat the Odds, a 45-minute probability test.
