Process
First, you will be asked to complete a HackerRank OA. The questions are not particularly difficult, and you will have ample time to complete it. I scored 100% on it and was subsequently invited for an HR interview.
The HR interview was not a great experience. Firstly, they state that you do not need to know anything about trading, but then they ask questions about market making and Optiver specifically. Secondly, they will also ask open-ended questions such as "What makes a good engineer?" and expect you to provide the exact keywords they have in mind. You can speak at length, but if you do not use the precise keywords, you will not pass.
