I applied online. A HackerRank challenge was emailed to me a couple of days later, which involved a 24-hour time period to answer two coding questions.
The next round was a phone call with several team members.
Questions
HackerRank questions are around LeetCode medium difficulty. Not a lot of time is given, so be prepared and study in advance, especially recursion problems.

Pros: I met some nice people, who were genuinely friendly, until I resigned.
Free breakfast and lunch, with healthy and delicious food. The food was the main highlight.
Cons: Managers are very bad and don't have people skills. There's no work-life balance. They fire people often and without remorse. The culture is often toxic.

Pros: Great Culture: Strong focus on testing, clean code, and simplicity. There's a lot of close teamwork, and the senior developers set an example with humility and hard work.
Smart People: You get to work with mostly A-players.
Stable and Successful: The company has been profitable for over 25 straight years. Not many trading companies can say that, especially these days.
Work/Life Balance: It is great.
Cons: - Lots of young talent in need of "professional development." There's still an unnerving number of face-palm moments.
