I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
- 1st stage is CV
- 2nd stage is the OA which is a proctored HackerRank (I would recommend revising coding skills in advance).
I passed both CV and HackerRank and I am going to do my behavioral interview tomorrow. For behavioral, I have prepared with Jack and Jill so far, so I will say how it goes and if it lands to the final stage.

Pros: Everyone is nice, everyone is smart, [and has an] entrepreneurial attitude.
Cons: Lots of engineers, even senior ones, lack outside experience. It's hard to get anything done outside of established boundaries. Lots of inertia around existing tech and a lack of outside perspective makes it hard to point out problems or suggest solutions outside of expectations.
