I've participated in behavioral interviews with this company, and I don't think they are looking to hire people. I believe my answers were adequate, but they still rejected me. I'm unsure why. I even attended their on-campus event.

Behavioural interview focusing on basic HR questions, such as describing a scenario where you did X, Y, Z. Next round was a technical round focusing on a business scenario and fixing code so it performs its intended purpose.
