FutureFocus Program: online assessment, then a behavioural interview of why you would be a good fit and a bit about the company, then a technical interview consisting of system design and DSA.

A bit anxiety inducing, there were two developers observing and asking questions. Real-time problem solving required, conducted on HackerRank virtually, video and mic enabled — quite nerve-wracking to say the least.

Applied online and received a coding challenge, which I completed. The challenge was quite easy. After that, I advanced to the next round and had a phone screening. Unfortunately, I was not invited to an onsite interview.
