Cons: Easy to stagnate. Immediate management tries to be helpful, but I don't think they have much power.

2. Good working culture.
Cons: 1. They hire at a good salary, but then there is minimum to no hike.
2. It is difficult to switch teams. You would not get much exposure.

Long working hours.
Less comp off.
No appreciation from PM for hard work.
In testing, there is no learning for a technical person.
No on-site opportunity for the Kernel team.
