The first round was an online test containing aptitude, verbal, and technical questions. The technical portion primarily focused on data structures. Sixty candidates were selected from this round. We had three technical and one HR interview. (Some candidates had two, and some had four technical rounds). The HR interview was more of a casual conversation.
Tech 1: He gave me a series: 1, 11, 21, 1211... (read as 'one 1', 'two 1s', 'one 2, one 1'...) and asked me to write an algorithm to find the (n+1)th number given the nth number. He also presented the 'ten boxes, 10 pebbles' puzzle and asked some technical questions on data structures and Java.
Tech 2: This round was more like an analytical one, with puzzles.
Tech 3: Insertion into a circular linked list after the 2nd largest number, and some basic Java concepts.
