Process
It took months, seven months till the final interview. In total, five rounds, Java mainly, and the last one was a Java plus manager round. After the final round, HR called for salary negotiation, and everything was done. But no offer letter, nor did they tell me about its status. This is so unprofessional. Disappointed from Oracle; they should at least inform candidates if they are putting them on hold after selection or if the hiring is frozen. All I get to hear is 'It's in process.' Since the last 100 days. They treat candidates like this; I don't know how they treat their employees.
