Pros: Brand Name, Job security, Access to online library, lots of parties. The company does not enforce any attendance or minimum working hours, or even the time/place you chose to work. So, as long as you are doing your job, nothing else matters.
Cons: Products use old technologies which are no longer relevant or up to date with current technologies. The manager is God, so whatever he decides is the truth. There's a lot of pressure. You might need to work on weekends very frequently. There's a lot of pressure and little learning.

Pros: Flexible work hours, no timesheets, no fixed hours policy.
Cons: No hikes, no bonus, and no appreciation for work. Medical insurance does not cover parents. Old tech stack, no good work.
