Brand Name, Job security, Access to online library, lots of parties. The company does not enforce any attendance or minimum working hours, or even the time/place you chose to work. So, as long as you are doing your job, nothing else matters.
Products use old technologies which are no longer relevant or up to date with current technologies. The manager is God, so whatever he decides is the truth. There's a lot of pressure. You might need to work on weekends very frequently. There's a lot of pressure and little learning.
Check on the managers, whom engineers directly report to. Give better hikes, and give them every year.
