The OFSS hiring process is the worst I have ever seen. They will send you a provisional offer letter, and after accepting the offer, they will never send you a final offer. They will also initiate background checks in the middle. When we ask HR about what happened to the offer release, he keeps on saying the same thing: "Got stuck in approvals," and does so in a most disrespectful way.
It has been three months since the interview happened, and there is no offer as of today. Why the hell do you make an offer if you are not interested in hiring them?
My kind suggestion is to never attend any OFSS interview.
