The interview process consisted of:
- Three rounds of phone interviews.
- One on-site interview with management, the hiring manager, and a team member.
At the end of the on-site interview, the hiring manager proactively promised to contact me the following week. I was not contacted, even after I followed up with a thank-you email and inquired about the outcome.

Pros: Oracle is doing some very innovative development, especially in the Cloud space. There are some exceptionally smart people working here, and everyone is driven to succeed. Oracle is financially stable, and a good engineer can stay here a long time.
Cons: Benefits are good, but not as good as some of Oracle's competitors.
