Process:
- Online Test: This comprised four sections: English, Aptitude, Basic Programming, and Core Programming (Data Structures).
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
Every round is an elimination round. You must score well in Core Programming for Oracle GBU, but for OFSS, a decent score can clear the first round. (We had the same test for both posts.)
You must have basic programming skills in C, OOPS, and SQL.
The HR round is a stress round where the interviewer will test your patience and situation-handling capabilities when under stress. Stay cool.
Fifty candidates were selected after the Online Test, 15 were selected after the Technical Interview, and 11 were finally selected after the HR interview. Of these, 7 are for Application Developer and 4 for QA.
