Process
The interview process consists of four rounds: an initial test, a "technical round," another technical round, and a higher management round. HR will contact individuals and call them for an interview, which may take place at Oracle Gift City or at a hotel venue. Do not be surprised if a junior person conducts the interview, as at Oracle Gift City IDC, favorites are sometimes preferred over deserving candidates.
Questions
The initial test was easy. Below are some questions from the so-called technical round:
- Sudoku verifier/Snake and Ladder algorithm.
- Design an online library system.
- Basic Java questions (don't worry, even the interviewer may not have advanced knowledge).
- Design and implement your own ArrayList.
- Find pairs for a given number in an array.
- Find the max salary and some simple puzzles.
Note: They will only look for references from their favorite candidates. Don't be disappointed if you are not selected, as life has better opportunities for you. They will only check your communication skills and see if you are the type of person who says 'yes sir, sure sir'.
