First, an online test consisting of data structures, algorithms, and English-based MCQs. This is followed by three technical interviews and one HR interview. The technical interviews were of average difficulty and mostly based on projects, puzzles, and writing simple code.

Pros: Cabs are available post 8. It used to be a pro until the transport system got all messed up, and now you take 2 hours to reach home instead of 30 minutes. For the truly self-motivated, Oracle has a host of proprietary software you can learn and get certified for a discount.

Cons: Poor documentation of software development. No streamlined communication between managers and engineers. Low hikes and bonuses. Slow career growth.
