Process

I applied to many open positions on their career portal and received a call from them.

I was based in Hyderabad, and the opening was for a Bangalore location. So, all 5 rounds happened over the phone. 3 rounds were with people from Bangalore, and 2 rounds were with the Manager and Director based at HQ.

Overall, it took 2 months to complete all rounds, and after 2 months, I received my offer letter.

You have to ask for everything, so it's a 'baby who cries gets the milk' policy. Buy a new company with your own money. Don't come if you are a developer and want good work or new technology.
