This is the description for the Java Skill Interview Process:
- Initial written screening round. Expect SCJP questions for objective and one easy and one very hard program.
- They screen 90% of people off this written exam.
- Two rounds of technical interviews.
- One round of puzzle solving.
- Manager discussion about salary, work, and role.
The whole process takes a full day.
Questions
There weren't any super tough questions as such. However, the second programming question was too big to write or conceive on paper.

Pros: Work-life balance is good. Great employee-friendly policies, good amenities, leave policy, etc. Overall, a positive experience.
Cons: Growth is not that great. The initial salary is perhaps on the higher side, but it never seems to grow. However, the brand name is good.
