Process
I was first interviewed by my manager, who asked me basic technical questions and some questions related to my previous company, such as how to handle people.
Then, I was interviewed by two other people. They first gave me a hands-on assignment that lasted one hour.
After that, they asked questions about my implementation and other topics. The interview lasted about 2 hours and 10 minutes.

I was interviewed for Oracle ADF, and they asked all important questions related to it.
Like what is parent control action in a task flow, application module sharing, and lazy loading?
