Three rounds of interview. Two technical and one HR.

The tech rounds were completely on languages and puzzles.

Languages included C/C++, Python. There was shell scripting as well.

The puzzles were tricky, but they were not looking for the answers, rather the approach to the answer.

The HR round was very generic and was mostly on your background.

The process was over in half a day.

Pros: Cabs are available post 8. It used to be a pro until the transport system got all messed up, and now you take 2 hours to reach home instead of 30 minutes. For the truly self-motivated, Oracle has a host of proprietary software you can learn and get certified for a discount.

Cons: Poor documentation of software development. No streamlined communication between managers and engineers. Low hikes and bonuses. Slow career growth.
