Pros: Treated me as a full-time employee. I was working on the same project/application as other full-time software developers. Everyone was very welcoming and happy to answer any questions, whether you thought it was something you should know or not. Great onboarding experience as well!
Cons: Not enough interaction between other teams, except the team you are in.
