Applications Engineer Interview Experience - Redwood Shores, California
Process
I had an on-campus interview scheduled at the career fair, but it was canceled because the interviewer was sick.
I was invited to fly out and interview on site anyway. It was a day-long affair, involving 7 interviews with either one or two people for 7 different teams. The questions were mostly technical, including some coding and some brain teasers.
Questions
Oracle is mostly a Java shop, but one interviewer asked me to code insertion sort and a few data structures in C.
