Process

I was placed in a campus interview.

I had four rounds of interviews:

The first was an aptitude and engineering knowledge round.
The second and third were coding rounds, systems discussions, and project discussions.
The last round was a coding round.

Questions

In the last round, I was asked to solve a Sudoku first, and then create a function that takes a 9x9 array and checks if it is a valid Sudoku. If it is valid, the function should then solve it and return the 9x9 array.

Pros: I work for Fusion Apps. I have a good manager who is well-connected with higher management, and hence I am too. There are a lot of chances for interaction with VPs and Senior VPs at HQ, offering good exposure. However, this is not the case in all the teams here. Excellent work-life balance. Good flexibility.

Cons: No financial growth during the initial years of your career. They pay less if you are a non-IITian fresher.

Pros: I wouldn't suggest working in the Fusion Accounts Receivable team.

Cons: I have never seen such a manager and director in any product of Oracle. The manager used to behave as if we were slaves. Hiring management is also the worst in this team. The manager and director had no manners on how to behave with employees. I have never ever seen such a team in Oracle. The manager would come and scold you at your desk for a small mistake. The director is also very bad. Never join this team.
